Back to Basics is our featured program challenge for the month of August.
This month we're hitting the basics and targeting five core habits that really move the needle when it comes to strength, fitness and weight loss. Your goals: complete your workout, eat at least 125 grams of protein a day, get in a daily 30 minute walk, drink 100 oz. of water and stick to an 8 - 12 hour eating window.
The Community Challenge will run from August 4th to August 30th. If summer threw you off your game a bit, this program will help you dial things back in.
