This is a 5-day FREE fitness challenge hosted by Lindsay, to help you jumpstart your fatloss so you can *see* and *feel* results by working out smarter, not harder with self-paced, simple, and time efficient workouts, You can start to look toned and SEE those muscles you've worked so hard for, and TRUST that it will actually work for you this time in 35 minutes or LESS.

Once you join the challenge, you will get an email with all the next steps!
On Sunday, 7/23 you will see 5 workouts on your calendar.
All you have do is complete your workout, log it, cheer on fellow challenge members, and be consistent for 5 days!
P.S. I can see when you complete a workout and will be cheering you on too!!

LIVE workout BONUS
During the 5-day Challenge there will be ONE BONUS opportunity to complete your daily #fittin5 workout with me LIVE on ZOOM - Talk about accountability!! 💪🏻
The LIVE workout will be Saturday, July 29th at 7 am CST. Don't worry, if early morning aren't your jam, you can always catch the recording!
