Accessible via mobile app or desktop - With The Daily Fitt weekly workouts you will receive daily workouts (M-F) made up of 2 lower body days, 2 upper body days, and a metobolic conditioning/full body day, with the option to customize your own workout for any other day.
You will receive access to all current and future video resources surrounding topics like tracking macros, carb cycling, workout technique, etc. You will also receive access to our library of over 250 recipes with macro calculations included. These workouts can be done in the gym OR at home.
