My win is this: I don't keep a scale in my house. The only time I weigh is when I go to the doctor to get my blood levels checked for my blood thinner. The last time I was weighed was the Thursday before the challenge began. That is how I set my weight loss goal. I went back yesterday and was surprised to learn I have already lost 7 pounds!!!
